No these are on topic.. They are Western Electric KS-14706 Horns I think.. That number I'm pretty sure is a WE part Number.Anything WE or Altec is On Topic here...
Wish he would have taken some more photos of the drivers on those horns.. I wonder if they are WE 555's ? I don't think he knows what he has there..I could be there in a half hour to 40 minutes drive..I Should go take a look at those..

The cast 32 horn has become easily my favorite among the small format Altec horns. It's 90 degree bend gives it some unique characteristics outside of it's basic acoustic properties.
